Introducing the newest addition to our family

It's not what you think we are not expecting a baby....But instead have adopted a new puppy!  His name is Bacon.  He is 2 months born on June 3rd and he is the newest LOVE of my life!!!  His mommy was rescued from twin cities rescue; they quickly discovered that she was expecting puppies.  Bacon is one of 2 runts in the litter.  He is SO playful and loving.  Mommy was an Olde English Bulldog. They think daddy was either a pitbull or an american bulldog. I couldn't be more excited to be a new mommy.. even if it mean less sleep. I guess this is our trial. I am certain there will be plenty more blogs on Bacon in the coming months.
Bacon as tiny baby - His given name was Elbow due to the spot on his Right front leg.
We decided Bacon felt more like us but we did decide to keep Elbow in his name.  His official Ful name is a bit silly but very appropriate: Bacon Elbow Macaroni Uebler
He loves his crate and has been such a good puppy!

Wedding in the Country

So my BFF S is getting married on Sept 11th and I have been helpping her with wrapping up the details. She has SO many DIY projects. I was over on Saturday and we were working on the boutiners, Yea Flags, and Chair Signs.  I can't wait to see the whole thing come together.  I will for sure be posting pictures after the wedding.
OH what do you think of the dress I bought?  I hope it fits good.

I'll always be your little girl!

Dear Dad, you will always hold a special spot in my heart. You watched me grow from a tiny baby! Teaching me the important things a father aught to teach his daughter.... How to ride a bike, drive a car, light a grill and keep it lit, paint a room properly, mow the lawn, even make a mess.
Yet you didn't stop there. You did so much more for me. You provided all my needs and many things I didn't need like shoes and prom dresses. You also supported my dreams and stood by my side. You taught me to know Jesus and to love the little people.

You always listened to me. Early in the morning we had our best chats! You even encouraged my silly side! I love all our jokes and Fun!

I love you so much Dad! Thanks for always being there and supporting me when I needed it most. For standing beside me on the way down the aisle and for being the BEST dancer I know! I love you Dad!

K's Baby Shower

A few weekends ago I headed home for Kelly's baby shower.  I didn't help plan but the party was perfect and Kelly was glowing! She is simply the cutest pregnant woman ever!  We are all waiting to find out what she will have since it is a surprise. I am hopeing for a baby girl of course.
The party had an adorable under the water theme with lots of cute decorations!  Did I mention how delicious the food was?!!  Here are the adorable fish, star, and seahorse cookies they made.
Everything had cute little signs. It really made the party special and I know Kelly loved it!
Her mom even made her this obnoxious necklace out of toys and all things baby!
I had so much fun with all my girl friends! Miss you all already!
